When my husband and I were relocating from Mississauga to Kingston due to a new military job, Joy was recommended to us and we completely lucked out to have her as our agent! She not only knows Kingston and the market here like the back of her hand, but it is obvious by her energy and enthusiasm that she loves her work. She made the entire experience fun and interesting and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. When the crunch finally came and I made an urgent call from Mississauga to tell Joy that we needed to find a house immediately and close in just TWO WEEKS, she was on the phone with other agents ASAP and within an hour had at least a dozen houses for us to see, all of which fit our chosen parameters and all of them able to meet our accelerated closing date!
